Neil Hannemann
Over thirty years of automotive engineering and automotive racing experience, most of those working within the automotive industry, has given Neil a unique insight into what is and is not possible in the production of a motor vehicle. He has witnessed some of the best and worst the industry has to offer. He has held coveted positions as the original Dodge Viper development engineer, 2005-06 Ford GT chief engineer and Executive Director of Engineering at McLaren Motorcars in Woking, England. He brings this experience to FACT with a dedication to truth and a great perspective of today's automotive industry. Mr. Hannemann has a large array of expertise in the automotive field and he has experience with every system that compromises a modern automobile. Particular areas of current activity include: structures and restraints, vehicle fire analysis, electronic stability control, aftermarket wheel design and sudden unintended acceleration cases. Mr. Hannemann has been deemed qualified to testify by numerous courts throughout the U.S.
Richard Hille
Richard has forty plus years of automotive experience, with close to thirty years working as a full time forensic expert in litigation. Mr. Hille has testified in numerous depositions and trials throughout the United States. He employs a very practical approach when you are looking for help with your complex transportation litigation. Vehicle examination, analysis and testing have all been major areas of involvement for Richard for these many years. Dynamic and static vehicle testing, event data recorder downloading, trial display production, research, interrogatories and request for production assistance and expert deposition consultation are all within the range of skills Richard will bring to your case work. Efficient travel is accomplished for both Mr. Hille and Mr. Hannemann through the use of Mr. Hill's Columbia 400 aircraft, which allows them to keep their own schedule rather than those mandated by airlines. Be assured, you will only be charged for the lowest cost of travel and travel time that was available to us. Mr. Hille is also the Lieutenant of the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Aero Squadron, a volunteer aviation group that provides varied aviation services for the Sheriff's Office.
