Crash Data Recorder

Collision Safety Institute (CSI) is the recognized leader in Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) training and research. Through his training at CSI, Mr. Hille is a certified CDR Technician I & II and a certified CDR Data Analyst. Great care must be taken when performing Event Data Recorder downloads as some components are susceptible to data erasure or distortion if not done properly. Analysis of EDR data must be performed by someone with appropriate training or it can easily be misunderstood and inappropriately applied to the crash reconstruction.  Mr. Hille can perform downloads and analysis on all supported EDRs both from within the vehicle and using EDR module bench-top procedures.
